First indoor entertainment centre in the UAE

We were the first company to introduce indoor entertainment to the Middle East by way of Encounter Zone which opened in 1997 at the Wafi Mall. Encounter Zone is a 45,000ft2 facility over two levels that is themed on a crashed spaceship. The facility is still as popular today as it was in 1997 as we designed and built their projects using significant consideration for the future.

Encounter Zone includes a haunted horror attraction, a crystal maze, a 4D motion theatre, arcade zone with simulators, skate park, rides area, play structure and an indoor snow play area. We provided a complete turnkey contract for the project and also operated it for the first 4 years of its life.
