• Turnkey design, build, and operational setup of a waterpark, retail area, and boutique hotel in the outskirts of Bombay.

Design/Build

• Design, theming and fit-out for ‘The Hub’ shopping mall in Bombay. The first fully themed indoor shopping centre in the city whilst setting the new benchmark for indoor retail in the country.
• Design and build of a space themed indoor family entertainment centre in Bombay that was one of the first fully themed indoor entertainment spaces in the country.

• Design of a 120,000 square foot indoor snow facility at an adventure destination just outside of Bombay to include skiing, snowboarding, half pipe, snow tubing, ice skating, snow play and a hotel overlooking the snow slopes.
