The Adelaide Eco Adventure Park will be an adventure park on the edge of the city of Adelaide.Â

Select Contracts’ bike park operational experience and experience in producing Master Plans for dedicated lift-accessed bike parks provided valuable knowledge around the ideal terrain required and the necessary infrastructure required for a successful attraction.Â
The Brief:
In October 2016, Select Contracts was engaged to perform market research and produce a conceptual design and business plan for an adventure park.
Our Approach:
To begin this process we researched all available resident and visitor data in order to identify the market size and opportunities present. We also analyzed the location of the project and the available land to determine suitable attractions to include in the adventure park.
The Result:
The park will include a lift-accessed downhill bike park, cable wake park, accommodation units, ziplines, mountain coaster, cliff jumping, rock climbing, retail and F&B. These attractions were carefully chosen to cater to the local market and strategically laid out to be as operationally efficient as possible.
