The Black Sea Adventure Park project is located on a 70-hectare site and includes a surf pool, hotel, restaurants, events space, a cable wakeboarding lake, white water rafting, a zipline and ropes course, canyoning and bike trails.

The Brief:
Select Contracts was engaged to deliver a Market Study, Business Planning and Master Planning for an adventure park in Russia that has a surf pool as its primary attraction.
Our Approach:
To begin this process we researched all available resident and visitor data in order to identify the market size and opportunities present. We also conducted extensive competitor research and analyzed the location of the project and the available land to determine suitable attractions to include in the adventure park.
The Result:
This research informed the recommendation for high-quality, unique and commercially viable attractions to include in the adventure park.
