Peniche Lifestyle Resort is an experience-driven destination with a focus on heightened natural experiences, sustainability, connection with nature, wellness and connection with friends and family. The project’s site contains 220-acres of prime coastal land, minutes from famous surf breaks and the town of Peniche.
How Did We Help:
Select Contracts’ specialized knowledge of the leisure and recreation industry allowed us to recommend attractions that will provide a good return on investment and have a positive relationship with the local community whilst working to increase visitation to the area.
The Brief:
Select Contracts was engaged in 2020 to produce a summary brief of the market and provide component recommendations and site Master Planning.
Our Approach:
To begin this process we researched all available resident and visitor data in order to identify the market size and opportunities present. We also analyzed the location of the project as it relates to the suitability of various attractions and activity developments. This provided valuable information to complete the business planning and component recommendations for the project.
The Result:
The final Master Plan includes a variety of attractions and amenities all rooted in the core values of the project. The site is broken up into three main zones; surf and social, relaxation and wellness and sporting experiences.
