Select Contracts Rebrand Launch
On the eve of our company’s 40th anniversary, we are proud to announce the new brand image and website for Select Contracts as of August 1, 2017. Select Contracts has now gone through its second brand change in 39 years; the result is a rebranding effort designed to reflect the success of our consultancy company as a leader in defining leisure, adventure and recreation projects globally. The rebrand coincides with the merger with our development company, Select Evolution, now operating under the Select Contracts brand.
Select Contracts continues to be defined by its turnkey process: Design. Build. Operate. This process demonstrates our involvement in a project from our initial consultation right through to completion and beyond.
Our company’s success lies in the precision of this process. From detailed market research and financial planning, we produce high-quality deliverables that our clients present to potential investors. The feasibility and research documents provide everything that potential investors require to be able to make informed decisions. Our attractions selection process, or component matrix, are based on conclusions made from the market research. Once a final selection has been made, the design team begins work on the block planning and concept design and usually manages the entire design process through to construction drawings. Our construction team is available to manage the construction as required focusing on value for money, budget and timeline control. Beyond construction our operational services include pre-opening management, operations management and business development services. Overall, offering a one-stop solution for the international leisure, adventure and recreation industry – now in our 40th year.
With our head office located in Whistler, Canada we are immersed daily in a world-class resort, working both globally and locally in the leisure market. The newly expanded office in Christchurch, New Zealand has stimulated opportunities for many consultancy projects across New Zealand and Australia.
